PLACE AN ORDER
Orders may be place online at any time. All orders will be processed within 24 hours after verification of payment. Payment methods include Visa/Mastercard/Pay Pal. Shipping will occur in 3-4 business days.
GUARANTEE
All merchandise has a six month warranty from receipt of the merchandise. All claims of workmanship or quality issues must be reported within the six months in order to receive a replacement or credit. Credit will be limited to the purchase price of the merchandise. While shipping is free initially, return shipping is at the cost of the customer. See "RETURNS" for instructions on where to send your report. Please ensure that you send pictures of any defect..
Due to the nature and properties of solid wood, finishes may vary somewhat from the picture. Many are distressed to give them a worn, aged look. Please allow for these discrepancies when inspecting your order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
An order to cancel must be submitted in writing. If a cancellation order is received after an order has shipped there will be a 20% restocking fee. Submit a cancellation order via email at sales@mirrorsclocksandecor.com
DAMAGED
Every item shipped from Cooper Classics is carefully inspected prior to being packaged for shipping. Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. We must be notified within 12 days of receipt as to any damages noticed by you. If any damage is noted you must submit both a written description and pictures via the information listed in Contact Us.
TAX
Virginia residents only will be subject to a 6% sales tax.
